All of our empanadas are produced by us, in Denmark, Hasselager.
We have a restaurant in CPH Østerbrogade 93. You can ever reserve a table here!
Currently you can find our empanadas in two different variations – frozen and pre-baked. Frozen empanadas are meant to be taken out of the freezer, and can be put right into the oven, but the cooking time is longer. Pre-baked empanadas are refrigerated. Their cooking time in the oven is way shorter, they just need heating. Pre-baked empanadas can be frozen, but needs time to de-freeze before cooking.
We use natural ingredients to achieve various dough colors. For example – we use beetroot to achieve the purple color, spinach for the green color and curry for the yellow color.
If the empanadas have been prepared for eating beforehand or came in the pre-baked format – they can be frozen. However before reheating, make sure you de-freeze them. Our frozen / raw dough empanadas should be frozen, and can be cooked without having to de-freeze them.
