LIMA Empanadas
At Lima Empanadas we produce homemade empanadas based on our own recipes for the Danish and foreign markets. An empanada in our case is a South American puff pastry shaped like a crescent filled with all sorts of new and familiar flavors.
The products are very versatile, which is why we work within both foodservice and retail. We work with both the LIMA brand as well as co-label and private label.

Festivals / markets
Together with our friends at Empanada Catering, we bring a lot of empanadas from food trucks! When summer rolls in across Denmark and people flock to the many festivals, food becomes a big part of the experience. With empanadas, people get a taste of Latin America and can easily grab them to go. Empanadas are the perfect festival food since they’re quick and easy to prepare and serve. It could also be that you have a stall at one of Denmark’s many cozy markets, where customers will be surprised and eager to try something new and delicious.
